1. Since Canada Post is on strike, how are orders being delivered?
There's 3 ways orders are being delivered:

  1. via courier, usually UPS
  2. a porch pick-up can be arranged (location in the Hunt Club area of Ottawa)
  3. If your order is within the city of Ottawa, it will be delivered free of charge.

2. Can I order just one card?
Yes. But you will save if you order multiples. If you order five, you save 10% on your order (tax + shipping not included).

3. Is there a discount for buying multiples?
Yes! If you order five cards, you save 10% on your order. Discount applies to ANY five cards, whether it’s a combination of cards, or five of the same card (tax + shipping not included).
For postcards, you can get 3 for $10.

4. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately no. At this time, we can only ship orders within Canada.

5. How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Generally, it takes no more than 4 business days to receive your order.

****As Canada Post is currently on strike (October 3, 2025) orders outside of Ottawa are being shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, this will increase the total cost of your order

 
6. I’d like to order cards for a friend. Will you ship to HER address instead of mine?
Absolutely! As long as it’s in Canada, they can be shipped to the address of your choice. 

7. Do cards have anything written on the inside?
Currently, most of the cards are blank on the inside, with the juicy stuff on the outside. In 2025 some new designs have messages printed inside. When you check the product online, if a card has something on the inside, the product photo will show it.

8. Do I have to drive to your location to pick up my cards?
No. Sassy Greetings doesn’t have a brick-and-mortar store. All orders are shipped to your mailbox! However, a porch pick-up can be arranged (Hunt Club area in Ottawa)

9. Are Sassy Greeting cards available for wholesale purchase?
Yes! DM me or email me: sassygreetingcards@gmail.com and we’ll discuss.
